Terms and conditions must be agreed to if boarding your dogs at the Chihuahua Hotel<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

\u2013 All dogs will be required to attend a pre-stay visit\u00a0 prior to booking. This will allow our dogs to meet and for me to meet your dog(s). You can view the facilities and we can discuss your dogs boarding routing and care. Any behaviour issues (anxiety \/ training) can be discussed at this point and we can work out the best care routine for your dog. For holiday bookings we now require an overnight stay. We will discuss with you the details of this at the pre-stay visit. It may be possible to do the pre-stay overnight on the same day so please bring all vaccination papers with you on our initial meet up.<\/p>

-We have licencing and insurance restrictions. We only take a limited number of dogs for boarding and we cannot walk\u00a0 dogs \u2018off lead.\u2019 We are licensed for the care of Chihuahuas only. We are unable to take other breeds.<\/p>

– We generally do not take un-neutered \/ un-spayed dogs. Exceptions can be made for medical \/ Show dogs \/ age related reasons. Please inform us if your dog is\u00a0un-neutered \/ un-spayed and we can discuss this with you..<\/p>

-You will be required to provide up to date vaccination papers for your dogs. We will also require worming and flea treatment details. We do not require kennel cough vaccinations, but please note that dogs showing evidence of kennel cough (or associated illnesses) may be refused boarding at the Chihuahua hotel. Please alert us if your dog has recently suffered a bout of kennel cough (or associated illness) as this may affect the care of your dog during it\u2019s stay with us.<\/p>

-Dogs showing any sign of illness may be segregated for their own \/ and other guests protection. The Chihuahua Hotel may use their Emergency Vet if they deem necessary and must be fully reimburse for all payments (whatever the outcome) made in the treatment of the animal at time of your return. Please alert us if your dog has suffered any recent illness. If you fail to disclose any communicable \/ contagious illnesses prior to stay, your dog(s) may be transferred to veterinary care for further treatment and boarding. You will be required to pay any vet bills\/vet boarding bills\u00a0 that may be incurred on your return.<\/p>

-All information provided to the Chihuahua Hotel must be truthful and accurate. Dogs showing previously undisclosed signs of anti-social behaviour \/ aggression \/destructive behaviour may be required to be collected by your emergency contacts. If they are unable to do so, the dog(s) may be transferred to boarding kennel facilities. You will be required to pay any additional boarding bills\u00a0 that may be incurred on your return.\u00a0<\/p>

We understand that events in a dogs life can dramatically change their behaviours which may impact their care with us at the Chihuahua hotel. If you are concerned about any new behaviours that have started since your last visit to us, please contact us to discuss this.\u00a0<\/p>

-We live in a residential area and so persistent barkers cannot be boarded at the Chihuahua Hotel.<\/p>

-More than one households dogs may be cared for at the Chihuahua hotel. This may be due to cross over booking periods or daycare guests. All interactions will be carefully monitored. Dogs showing signs of aggression will not be mixed with other dogs. We can only take\u00a0a limited number of dogs for boarding at one time. Because of this, your dog must be friendly and socialised with other dogs.\u00a0<\/p>

-Booking procedure:-We require an overnight pre-stay visit for all new clients. Once we have had this initial overnight pre-stay visit, you are free to arrange any available booking dates and details.\u00a0 We charge \u00a330 for this pre-stay visit. Payment for the pre-stay visit must be made though Paypal only. Once this is paid, we will confirm the date and time slot for your visit. We are very busy and may have other client meetings booked throughout the day so please be aware if you miss your time slot, you may have to reschedule on a different day (with an additional charge)\u00a0<\/p>

To secure a booking, we take a \u00a315 per day, non refundable deposit. Please try to only book dates you require as \u2018spare\u2019 days not used for a booking will mean you lose the \u00a315 deposit for those days. Your booking will ONLY be considered confirmed once this Deposit has been paid. Please be aware that I cannot \u2018hold\u2019 or\u00a0 \u2018pencil in\u2019 dates. Please be aware that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. When booking, please state the approximate\u00a0 times of drop off \/ pick up as this will help speed up the booking procedure. We are currently very busy and book approximately 6 -8 months in advance.<\/p>

We request that you contact us in writing by email \/ messenger \/ WhatsApp a few days prior to your booking drop off date to confirm all is well for your booking and to confirm the time of drop off.\u00a0<\/p>

Cancellation procedure:- Cancellations will be accepted until 48 hours before the agreed start of booking time\/date. Full payment must be paid if cancellation is made after this time. Cancellations must be requested by email. Verbal cancellation is not accepted. Please be aware that an acknowledgement email\/message from The Chihuahua hotel must be obtained before a booking is considered cancelled otherwise full payment may be charged. Deposits paid on bookings are not refundable.<\/p>

Payments \u2013 The full balance must be paid prior to\/on drop off day. Payment for the balance must be made by Paypal or cash. Paypal payments will incur a 10% charge unless sent \u2018friends and family\u2019 (which is free of fees) A Cheque is accepted 14 days prior to drop off day. -Pick up times \u2013 We try to be flexible with our times but all late check outs of pets will incur a \u00a35 per hour extra (up to \u00a330 per day) payable on collection of your dog(s), unless prior arrangement made. Please contact us a few days before to check drop off times and any additional arrangements for your dogs visit. Daycare rates are generally 12 hours. Overnight rates are 24 hours. eg:- Morning drop offs (9am-12pm) to morning pick ups (9am-12pm) are charged as one overnight rate. Late pick ups may incur a further hourly \/ daycare rate. For guidance, we consider \u2013 Mornings 9am-12pm. Afternoons 12pm \u2013 5pm. Evenings 5pm \u2013 9pm. We do not allow pick ups \/ drops offs on Xmas eve \/ Xmas day \/ Boxing day \/ New years eve \/ New Years day.<\/span><\/p>
